Why can I not redeem my voucher?
Generally, the reason that a voucher cannot be redeemed is not due to an invalid voucher code nor technical issues.
In the majority of cases this is due to the expiration of the voucher validity or that the voucher code was not entered correctly.
Therefore, we recommend to copy and paste the voucher code instead of copy typing the voucher code. In this way errors can be minimalized.
Please also be aware that most vouchers are linked to certain terms and conditions.
These terms and conditions could include a minimum order value, the exclusion of certain products (e.g. reduced or sale items). The terms and conditions of the voucher can be found in the voucher confirmation email that you received.
In case the voucher code still does not work, even though you have considered the above-mentioned points, we would kindly ask you to send us a message using our contact form. In this way we can check the error accordingly and we can ensure that the voucher can be redeemed as quickly as possible.
Why did I not receive a voucher code?
Some vouchers do not use a voucher code. In these cases, the voucher is redeemed using the link in the voucher email.
In this case, please click on the link in your voucher email. You will then be redirected to the website of the shop and the voucher will automatically be added to your shopping basket.
Please note that in some shops the voucher will only be deducted from the shopping basket once the terms and conditions for the voucher have been met, e.g. the minimum order value.
Where is the field for entering the voucher code?
The voucher code can be entered on the website of the online shop.
Once you have selected your items you can open your shopping basket and check your order. Then you can enter your voucher code (preferably by using copy and paste).
Often the field for entering the voucher code is located below the total order amount. This field can have different names and does not necessarily need to be called “Voucher code”. The wording “discount code” or “coupon code” may also be used.
For some online shops you need to register first or to create a customer account. In this case, often you need to go through the entire order process and enter the voucher code in the last step. Often the voucher code field is only displayed in this last step before you confirm your order.
Please note that we are solely responsible for the distribution of the voucher. In case you cannot find the field to redeem your voucher on the shop website, we kindly ask you to contact the customer service team of the respective online shop.
I already placed an order and could not redeem my voucher. What can I do?
Please contact the shop where you placed your order. Since we solely distribute the voucher, we are unable to redeem the voucher for you retrospectively. Due to data protection we do not have access to your customer account.
Does the voucher cost anything?
No, all of our vouchers are free of charge.
How do I redeem my voucher?
In order to redeem your voucher, simply click on the link "Redeem your voucher here now" in your voucher email. This will take you directly to the website of the online shop. Once there you can place your desired items in your shopping basket.
During the checkout process you will see a field for entering the voucher code (most of the time this will be located in the shopping basket). This field can have different names and does not necessarily need to be called “Voucher code”. The wording “discount code” or “coupon code” may also be used. The best thing to do it to copy and paste the voucher code from your voucher email in order to avoid errors.
It may happen that a field for entering a voucher code is not displayed or that the code is deemed to be invalid. The reason for this is usually that the respective terms and conditions of the voucher have not been fulfilled. We would therefore kindly ask you to check if you fulfil the terms and conditions of the voucher. The terms and conditions of the voucher can be found in the email that contains the voucher details.
There are also some vouchers which do not use a voucher code. In these cases, the voucher is redeemed using the link in the voucher email. In this case, please click on the link in your voucher email. You will then be redirected to the website of the shop and the voucher will automatically be added to your shopping basket.
Why isn’t my voucher valid longer?
Generally the vouchers that you receive from us are valid for a period of 30 days.
The vouchers that you can obtain from within our voucher network are vouchers that the respective shops offer at no charge.
A longer validity is only applicable to vouchers that have been bought, these are not vouchers that have been distributed by Sovendus.
Can I redeem my voucher in a shop?
The vouchers that we distribute can only be redeemed in the respective online shop.
Unfortunately, it is not possible to redeem your voucher in a shop.
Can I redeem several vouchers in one order?
It is not possible to use more than one voucher at a time. Only one voucher can be redeemed per order.
Can I use my vouchers for orders that I have already placed?
The redemption of vouchers is only possible for a new order. It is not possible to redeem a voucher retrospectively.
What happens to my data when I use the Sovendus voucher service?
We collect your personal data (salutation, first name, last name and email address) when you request a voucher. We process the data provided to us to the extent that it is necessary for process of the voucher distribution.
This data will not be passed on to third parties, unless you have given your consent or there are judicial or official governmental requests.
In case you have registered for our Sovendus newsletter, we process the voluntarily provided information on areas of interest, date of birth and postal code.
Is my data passed onto other parties?
In general your data is only used for the processing of the voucher distribution and not for any other purposes. We do not pass your data onto third parties or other bodies. Additionally, we do not sell your data.
Other bodies or third parties do not gain access to or receive your data.
We have procedural and technical precautions in place to prevent unauthorized transmission.
These precautions lie within the competence area of Sovendus GmbH and therefore directly aim to avoid spam.
How can I obtain information about the data that is stored about me?
We are happy to provide you with an overview of your stored data. In order to be able to process your request we require the email address that you used for the services provided by Sovendus.

What happens to my data when I subscribe to the Sovendus newsletter?
We collect and process your personal data (salutation, first name, last name and e-mail address) and voluntarily provided information on interest areas, date of birth and postal code when you register for our Sovendus newsletter. You have declared your agreement with the newsletter registration. The mandatory details are marked with *. You can unsubscribe from the Sovendus newsletter at any time.
How can I subscribe to the Sovendus newsletter?
If you would like to register for the Sovendus newsletter, the checkbox for the newsletter registration must be activated when requesting a voucher.
Only when the checkbox is activated, we will you use your data to the extent necessary for advertising and marketing purposes by sending you our Sovendus newsletter.
When you have requested your voucher and registered for our newsletter you will receive a welcome message for our newsletter.
How can I cancel my subscription so that I do not receive any more messages from Sovendus?
In order to cancel your subscription from the newsletter you can simply click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of each Sovendus newsletter.
You can also unsubscribe from the voucher reminder emails by clicking on the unsubscribe link on the bottom of the voucher reminder email (“click here if you´d like to unsubscribe”).
How can I exercise my right of objection?

You can also use the unsubscribe link at the end of each newsletter (“click here if you´d like to unsubscribe”) or send an email through our contact from.

Why do I not receive the Sovendus newsletter anymore?
If you do not receive our newsletter anymore, then it is possible that you have accidentially unsubscribed. Alternatively, the Sovendus newsletter may automatically end up in your spam or junk mail folder.

What happens with my data when I subscribe to a newsletter from a partner from Sovendus?
In addition to subscribing to the Sovendus newsletter you also have the option to subscribe to the newsletter of our partners (online services and shops).
When you subscribe to newsletter from one of our partners your personal data (salutation, first name, last name and email address) will be forwarded to the corresponding partner. You have declared your consent by activating the appropriate checkbox to receive the newsletter from our partner. The partner is responsible for compliance with data protection regulations.
How can I unsubscribe from the newsletter of a partner?
The newsletter is sent by the partner for which you have subscribed. Therefore, you will need to unsubscribe from the newsletter directly with the partner. Sovendus cannot unsubscribe you from the newsletter of a partner.
I participated in a survey/ quiz/ contest and I want to receive my prize (e.g. Iphone/gift card)
The company Sovendus, in cooperation with selected companies, offers discount vouchers from our network as a reward for the participation in a survey or quiz/contest.
We as Sovendus do not create any surveys or contests; these surveys/contests/quizzes are created by our partners who are solely responsible for the price that can be obtained, such as a gift card or an Iphone.
We are also not your right point of contact if you have any questions regarding the completion of the survey or regarding a prize that was promised to you.
We have nothing to do with the contest/survey/quiz itself and the promised price.
Please note that it is possible that you will be contacted (also by telephone) by the sponsors of the offered prize. Your data will not be forwarded from our site. We will never contact you by telephone. This is because Sovendus does not store any telephone numbers of our customers within the voucher request process. In order to object to the use of your data, you must contact the organizer of the contest/survey/quiz.
Questions regarding your order/delivery/bill/products
If you have questions regarding the products of an online shop, the delivery of your order or your order in general, then we advise you to contact the company that operates the online shop where you have already placed your order or are planning to place your order.
Sovendus only provides the voucher as an intermediary, we do not operate any online shops.
